For more than two decades, I built my career as a professional investigator. My job was simple: gather the evidence, analyse the facts, identify what others overlooked, and make decisions based on logic rather than emotion. Today, I bring that same forensic mindset to property investing.

Over the past 20+ years, I've built my own multi-million-dollar residential property portfolio by following one simple philosophy: Never guess. Never speculate. Always investigate.

Today, I combine more than two decades of investigative experience with over 20 years of successful property investing to help clients identify and secure investment-grade residential property across Queensland and Victoria.

While many investors are influenced by media headlines, fear of missing out, or the latest market predictions, I rely on evidence. Every property I select — both for myself and for my clients — is rigorously evaluated using the IGP Investment Index™, my proprietary framework comprising more than 50 independent investment criteria. Before a property is ever considered investment grade, it must satisfy the standards of the Index.

From economic fundamentals and infrastructure investment to demographics, housing supply, rental demand, owner-occupier appeal, scarcity, and long-term capital growth potential, every recommendation is supported by research, data, and evidence — not opinion.

I don't believe successful investing comes from buying the cheapest property or trying to perfectly time the market. It comes from consistently acquiring exceptional assets with the fundamentals to outperform over the long term.

That disciplined approach has enabled me to build a multi-million-dollar residential property portfolio across multiple Australian states, placing me well within the top 1% of Australian property investors. More importantly, it has given me first-hand experience navigating different markets, interest rate cycles, and investment strategies through changing economic conditions.
