From developing residential property projects to acquiring existing residential properties, completing joint ventures, assisting clients enter the property market and currently maintaining a portfolio that positions me within the top 1% of Australian property investors, I’ve immersed myself in every aspect of this industry.

I’ve served previously as a Police Investigator for over two decades, all while pursuing my passion for property investment and have worked more recently as a list-and-sell real estate agent and now as a Buyer and Vendor Agent.

I have been fortunate to have had some of the best mentors in the Property industry guide me over two decades.

I firmly believe that property investment and having a diversified property portfolio is one of the best pathways to financial freedom.

Queensland and Victoria boast some of the world’s finest property markets, and I consider us all very fortunate to reside in such a prosperous part of the world.

My philosophy centres on acquiring quality properties, with a preference for houses in both the Brisbane and or Melbourne metropolitan areas, as well as select regional pockets near city centres and bayside/beach areas, properties that are primed for immediate tenancy with the benefits of substantial long-term capital growth potential.

Depending on budgets, certain townhouses and apartments can also make great investments in the right locations.
